Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. baking powder
1 can fruit cocktail (16 oz.)
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix by hand.
Do not use electric mixer.
Drain juice from fruit into cup.
Stir baking powder into juice.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except juice and fruit.
Mix thoroughly; add juice and fruit.
Stir to combine throughout.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Glaze while hot.
