Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. fresh cranberries
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.
    Blend in shortening with pastry blender until like coarse meal.
    Combine orange juice, eggs, rind, nuts and cranberries in a large bowl.
    Add sifted ingredients to this bowl and mix by hand.
    Spoon into two 9 x 5 x 3-inch greased loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
