Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken fryer, cooked, boned and cut into bite size pieces
1 medium onion, diced
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (13 oz.) bag corn chips, slightly crushed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
Preparation

Layer ingredients in greased baking pan.
Layer chicken, onions, chips, cheese and chips.
Combine soups, broths and tomatoes and pour over the casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
