Baked German Style Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red potatoes
    5 slices bacon, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 rib celery, chopped
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted boiling water for 12 to 15 minutes; drain well and place in an oiled 10 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan. In a medium saucepan, cook bacon until crisp. Remove and reserve. Add onion and celery and cook until soft.
