Deer Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deer roast
    1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/4 lb. white pork meat
    1 apple
    1 onion
    1 red pepper
Preparation
    Soak meat in 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar overnight.
    Rinse, place meat in a gallon pot and cover with water.
    Add pork meat, 1 whole apple, 1 onion and 1 red pepper.
    Cook 2 hours or until fork-tender.
