New Orleans Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf stale French bread (8 to 10 c.)
    2 c. milk
    2 c. half and half
    2 c. sugar
    8 Tbsp. butter, melted
    4 to 5 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. pecans
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mixture should be moist not soupy. Pour into a buttered 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Place on middle rack of oven.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, until top is golden brown.
    Serve warm with sauce.
