Baked Yellow Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. yellow squash, cut up
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. finely diced celery
    1 1/2 c. sweet milk
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. crumbled soda crackers
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. green peppers, diced
    dash of salt
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in covered boiling water for 20 minutes. Drain, mash and place in bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients; pour into a greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    (Top with additional cracker crumbs and melted butter before baking.)
