Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. milk
    1 stick butter
    28 caramel kisses
Preparation
    Mix sugar, milk and butter. Bring to soft-ball stage (start out on medium-high heat, then reduce to medium heat).
    Remove from heat and add Kraft caramel kisses.
    Beat until desired consistency. Spread on cake.
