Hot Fudge Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sifted flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted shortening
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 3/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Mix together salt, flour, sugar, baking powder and 2 teaspoons cocoa.
    Stir in milk and melted shortening.
    Blend in nuts. Spread in a 9-inch pan; then sprinkle with mixture of brown sugar and cocoa.
    Over this, pour hot water.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    When baked, turn upside-down on a large plate.
    Serve plain or top with whipped cream.
    Cake will raise to top and the pudding is in
    the bottom.
