Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 lb. hen, boiled
2 c. rice, cooked in chicken broth
2 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms (large)
1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
1 stick oleo
onion and celery to taste
Preparation

Tear chicken in small pieces.
Place in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch Pyrex.
Layer the rice and chicken.
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over chicken and rice.
Top with buttered bread crumbs and sliced almonds.
Cook 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 12 to 14.
