Fry Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cabbage
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. + 2 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Put in heavy pan or skillet, shredded cabbage or cut as for cabbage slaw.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Fry on top of stove slowly.
    Stir occasionally.
    Also can be eaten cold.
