Icebox Mash Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. or 12 large potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (12 oz.) container sour cream
    1 Tbsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Peel and cut as to boil. Cook, then drain. Mash and beat in cream cheese, sour cream and seasonings. Store in refrigerator. Will keep 2 weeks in closed container. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour. Yields 15 to 16 servings.
