Clams And Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans chopped clams
2 gloves garlic, chopped
1/4 c. fresh parsley
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. clam juice
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 lb. pasta (linguine or fettucini)
Preparation
-
In 1-quart saucepan, heat oil with crushed garlic.
Heat until garlic is toasted (do not overcook).
Add parsley.
Take pan off stove.
Add two cans clams with liquid.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
