Noodle Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. parboiled noodles
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. diced apples
    salt to taste
    raisins
    1 small pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 pt. sour cream
    cinnamon to taste
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Parboil noodles.
    While noodles are draining, soften margarine and cream cheese in pot.
    Throw noodles back in and then everything else back into pot.
    Grease casserole and add all the ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done.
    Sprinkle cinnamon on casserole after about 35 minutes.
