Hamburger Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. sifted flour
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 eggs
Preparation
    In a large mixer bowl, combine 4 cups of flour and the yeast. Combine warm water, oil, sugar and salt.
    Add to dry mixture in bowl.
    Add eggs.
    Beat at low speed of electric mixer for 1/2 minute, scraping sides of bowl constantly.
    Beat 3 minutes at high speed.
    By hand, stir in enough of the remaining flour to make a soft dough.
    Turn out on a lightly floured surface.
    Knead until smooth.
