Hamburger Cream Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. sliced green onion
Preparation

Brown meat and onion in butter in skillet.
Stir in salt, pepper and tomato sauce.
Remove from heat.
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Drain.
Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, green pepper and onion.
In a 3-quart casserole, spread half the noodles. Cover with cheese mixture.
Top with remaining noodles.
Pour hamburger mixture over top.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes.
Makes 8 to 10 servings. Casserole can be frozen.
