Turkey Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. chopped celery
3 c. chopped, cooked turkey or chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
10 to 12 (6-inch) corn tortillas, torn into bite size pieces or equal amount of tortilla chips, broken
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. chunky salsa
Preparation

In 2-quart low baking dish (9 x 13-inches), cook onion, celery and broth in microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, until tender.
Stir in turkey, tortillas, chilies, soup, pepper and 6 ounces of the cheese.
Top casserole with reserved cheese and salsa.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
