Homemade Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
    2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 oz. pkg. active dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. wheat flour
Preparation
    Warm milk and butter together.
    In a large bowl, combine the water, sugar, yeast, salt and milk mixture.
    Add the flours. Knead until smooth and elastic, adding as little additional flour as possible.
    Let rise until doubled; punch down.
    Let rise until doubled again.
    Form into 2 loaves and place in greased loaf pans. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves.
