Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round or round steak, cut into strips
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. onion powder (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground round or round steak, onion, mushrooms and spices.
    Add mushroom soup.
    Simmer for about 20 minutes.
    Add sour cream to mixture.
    Pour over hot noodles.
