Chocolate Crisco Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. Crisco
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar (sifted)
Preparation

In a saucepan, melt Crisco and remove from heat.
Stir in cocoa and salt.
Mix milk and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
Stir in cocoa mixture into sugar, milk and vanilla mixture.
Beat at medium speed until smooth and creamy.
Add 1 tablespoon more milk, if needed, for good smooth spreading.
