Fish Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets (any species)
    2 lb. potatoes
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    Italian-style bread crumbs
Preparation
    Poach fish until flaky.
    Drain off water until fish is very dry.
    Boil potatoes, drain well and mash; must be very dry.
