Baked Rice And Fry-Chick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    4 tsp. margarine or oil
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 small can fry-chick, cubed, reserve liquid
    2 c. liquid (reserved from can plus water to equal 2 c.)
Preparation
    Bring liquid to boil.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Saute onion in margarine until translucent.
    Add rice and stir until well coated. Add chicken cubes.
    Add boiling liquid.
    Cover and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
    Yields 4 servings.
