Cream Cheese Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 8 ounce package philadelphia cream cheese
2 - 1 pound packages powdered sugar
flavoring
food coloring
Preparation

Sift sugar.
Have cream cheese at room temperature.
With fingers, cream cheese and sugar together thoroughly.
Divide dough in as many portions as desired.
Color and flavor each portion differently as desired.
Roll in small balls and roll in sugar. Press in mold.
Turn mold upside down.
Be sure to have enough sugar or they won't come out of the mold.
