Potato Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter or oleo, creamed
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed potatoes (can be hot or cold)
2 sq. chocolate, melted
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour milk
1 rounded tsp. soda

Preparation

This makes a large loaf cake.
Very moist cake due to the potatoes.
