Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced fresh peaches
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening or oil
    3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Arrange fresh peaches on 9-inch layer pan.
    Sprinkle with mixture of sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon.
    Blob with butter.
    Stir rest of ingredients until blended.
    Drop by teaspoon over fruit.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
