Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 qt. strawberries
Preparation
    Halve
    1 cup berries. Combine with sugar, water and cornstarch. Cook over low heat until it thickens.
    Cool, then stir in the remainder of the quart of berries and a few drops of red food coloring. Pour into baked pie shell.
    Chill well.
