Greek Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head lettuce
    3 firm tomatoes, cut in wedges
    1 onion, sliced and made into rings
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 small can black olives, sliced and pitted
    1 can anchovies
    2 cucumbers, sliced
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    oil and vinegar or Italian dressing
    8 oz. Feta cheese
Preparation
    Break the lettuce in bite-size pieces.
    Prepare other vegetables and add to lettuce.
    Drain olives.
    Crumble cheese; add to salad.
    Add oregano and dressing just before serving.
    Put anchovies on top.
    Garnish top with a few black olives and Feta cheese.
