Taco Soup(Weight Watchers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. very lean ground turkey or beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
    1 pkg. (low sodium) taco seasoning mix
    1 can black beans
    1 can white beans
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can diced tomatoes (Rotel)
    1 can diced tomatoes (any flavor)
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions; drain.
    Mix ranch dressing and taco seasoning pkgs. into meat.
    Add all other ingredients and simmer 1 hour.
    Makes 12 - 1 cup servings (2.5 Weight Watchers pts. per serving).
