Brown Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. flour
red pepper
black pepper
salt
chicken, beef or pork broth
Preparation

In dry boiler, sprinkle red pepper, black pepper, salt and flour.
Over medium heat, stir until flour mixture is brown.
Add 2 cups broth; stir until thick as desired.
More or less broth may be used.
