Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 large onions, chopped
1 can tomatoes
1 small green pepper, chopped (optional)
2 cans kidney beans (optional)
2 heaping tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Brown beef; add onions and brown lightly.
Add green pepper, tomatoes and salt to taste.
Cook until tomatoes cook done; add water until soupy and cook slowly 1 1/2 hours.
Place beans in pot with more water, if needed.
Add chili powder and cook 1/2 hour more.
