Sweet Potato Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 medium sweet potatoes (2 lb.)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Scrub sweet potatoes and cut lengthwise into wedges.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In jellyroll pan, heat butter in oven one minute until melted.
    Remove from oven.
    Set aside 2 tablespoons melted butter.
    Place sweet potato wedges, flat side down, on pan.
    Brush with reserved butter.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden and fork-tender, turning once or twice; season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Makes 6 servings.
