Chinese Cooking Made E-Z - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. water
    2 c. pork
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. vegetables
    3 oz. mandarin sauce
Preparation
    Prepare cornstarch mixture by mixing 1 teaspoon cornstarch with 1 teaspoon of water.
    Cut or slice meat and vegetables (2 cups). Heat the wok or skillet until red hot.
    Add 1/4 or less cup of vegetable oil and follow by the meat.
    Stir until it is cooked. Add the vegetables and stir for two minutes.
    Remove contents in the wok to a plate.
    Add 3 ounces of sauce to the wok.
    Wait until it starts to boil and then add the meat and vegetables.
    Stir until boils and add cornstarch mixture to thicken it.
    Ready to serve.
