Round Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

family size round steak
dry onion soup mix
potatoes
carrots
Preparation

Cut steak into serving size pieces.
Coat one side of each piece with flour and tenderizer.
In fry pan, put oil and brown meat on both sides.
In baking pan, put cut up potatoes and carrots.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add meat along with 2 to 3 cups water.
Sprinkle 1 package onion soup mix over the top of meat and potatoes.
Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
