No Fat Christmas Wreaths - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. Smart Beat margarine
30 large marshmallows (3 c.)
1 1/2 tsp. green food coloring
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 c. cornflakes
2 Tbsp. cinnamon red-hots candies

Preparation

Spray saucepan with nonfat cooking spray.
Melt marshmallows with Smart Beat until marshmallows are melted and remove from heat. Add green food coloring and vanilla.
Stir in cornflakes.
With slightly sprayed finger, shape mixture into wreath shape with hole in center.
Decorate with candies.
