Raisin Filled Oatmeal Sandwich Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp soda, dissolved in
1 Tbsp hot water
2 c. quick oatmeal
2 1/4 c. flour

Preparation

Mix ingredients and pat out cookie dough on sheet with glass dipped in flour.
Bake 350\u00b0 until edges are lightly browned.
Cool.
