Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour

Preparation

Put on top of cake before putting in the oven.
You can add sliced apples, blueberries or raisins, just one kind.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
