Corn Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh cut corn
1 c. (4 oz.) sharp cheese
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. instant onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Stir well and spread into a lightly greased 1-quart casserole.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until corn is tender.
Yields 4 servings.
