Aunt Roxie'S Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Reserve egg whites at room temperature.
    Mix dry ingredients first and set aside.
    Mix liquid ingredients in a saucepan; heat until milk is scalded.
    Add to dry ingredients slowly until mixed well over medium heat.
    Stir constantly until thick.
    Let cool and pour into baked pie shells.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; add 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Beat again.
    Top pies and lightly brown in oven at 425\u00b0.
