No Knead Hot Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour, divided
2 pkg. active dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. shortening
1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
Preparation

In a large mixer bowl stir together 2 cups flour, yeast and salt.
In a small saucepan, heat water, shortening and sugar until warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
The shortening does not need to be entirely melted.
Pour into dry ingredients in mixer bowl.
Add eggs and beat mixture on low speed until combined.
Beat on medium speed 3 minutes.
By hand, stir in enough additional flour to make a soft dough.
Make sure flour is thoroughly mixed in.
Transfer dough to a bowl; cover with plastic wrap, then with foil.
Refrigerate overnight or up to 2 or 3 days.
Punch down dough 2 or 3 times during the next 4 or 6 hours or until dough is very cold.
