Creamy Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, cut into pieces
    1 pkg. vanilla pudding (the kind you cook)
    1 pkg. peach jello
    1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
    1 deep dish pie shell, baked as directed
Preparation
    Drain peaches; reserve syrup and set aside.
    Add water to syrup to make 2 cups and combine with vanilla pudding and peach jello in saucepan.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
    Pour into bowl and chill well.
    Blend in Cool Whip and fold in diced peaches.
    Pour into cooked pie shell. Chill 2 hours before serving.
