Delicious Sausage-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. precooked sausage links
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1/4 c. milk
    3 c. cooked, sliced potatoes
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, drained
    1 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    Brown sausage links in a skillet; remove.
    Add butter to drippings and saute onion until tender.
    Stir in soup and milk; heat through.
    Place potatoes in a 2-quart casserole and pour in soup mixture.
    Top with cheese, then sauerkraut.
    Bury the browned links in the sauerkraut.
    Place remaining sausages in a pinwheel design on top of casserole.
    Sprinkle with caraway seed.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 5.
