Oven Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut in serving pieces
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 c. water
    2/3 c. catsup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. vinegar
    3 tsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. sweet pickle juice
Preparation
    Flour chicken as for frying.
    Roast for 30 minutes in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
    Melt butter in a frying pan; add onion and brown lightly.
    Add water and remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over chicken and bake for 30 more minutes.
