Herb Marinated Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. low-fat mayonnaise
1/4 c. dry white wine
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Preparation

Stir together mayonnaise, wine and seasonings.
Pour dressing over chicken.
Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Drain, reserving dressing mixture.
