Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/3 c. raisins
    ground cinnamon
Preparation
    In a 2-quart casserole, combine eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt.
    Add rice and raisins.
    Mix well.
    Microwave on High, uncovered, just until thickened, 8 to 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Let stand 30 minutes without stirring.
    Serve warm or chilled with light cream.
