Beef Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) beef chuck pot roast
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
    1 tsp. dried basil
    2 onions
    potatoes, carrots, celery (amount desired)
Preparation
    Peel and cut vegetables; place in crock-pot.
    Cut meat to fit pot.
    Combine other ingredients and pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook 10 to 12 hours on low; 5 to 6 hours on high.
    For more gravy, double water and spices.
