Chocolate Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cocoa.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat well with electric mixer for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    May be topped with ice cream or Cool Whip.
    Does not need refrigeration.
