Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding
    3 c. milk
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add flour and pecans.
    Spread in 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
