Mexican Wedding Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. pecans, finely chopped
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pecans together.
    Mix butter or margarine, sugar and vanilla together.
    Combine mixtures.
    Roll into balls and flatten slightly.
    Place on cookie sheet sprayed lightly with Pam.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Roll in powdered sugar when cooled or shake, a few at time, in a clean bag.
