Chocolate Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot milk
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 egg yolks
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cocoa, flour, cornstarch, egg yolks and salt.
    Add enough milk to make a thick syrup.
    Add syrup to hot milk.
    Cook until thick.
    Take off heat and add margarine and vanilla.
    Cover and let cool.
    Pour into an 8 or 9-inch baked pie crust.
    Top with meringue, if desired.
