California Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small cabbage, shredded (red or green)
1 red pepper, chopped
1 small onion
1 yellow or orange pepper
1 carrot, grated
3 Tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation

For dressing, combine vinegar, sugar, salt, white pepper and salad oil.
Combine vegetables and dressing.
Cover and chill. Will keep for several days in refrigerator.
Serves 4 to 6.
